Yeah, but it wasn't like they just hated the Ironhammer Dwarves, or the Humans... They kinda just hated everyone.

I dunno why my opinion is on this story... I mean, okay, maybe the kid shouldn't have been playing it (he was young) but then why the hell would they set up such a violent game in a store thats prone to having kids in it? And of course, would kicking the kid out of the store REALLY be nessicary?

Also, it's not like they card you when you play these games. And since when are the ESRB ratings an enforcement? I remember hearing something about Wallmart and the games it sells, but I never recall reading that games were RESTRICTED by rating.
I'd tend to agree, I mean that's kind of like showing a porn movie in a video store and then booting any kids who stop and gawk. Except that I would never equate a violent video game to a porno. In any case I'm surprised it was Gamestop, I've found the one near me to be way cooler and more easy-going than the nearest EB.

Even when I was underage I never got carded for M games, but then, I did like to maintain a healthy coat of roguish stubble. Maybe that threw them off.

Heh, chances are, yes. It seems all places that either sell or rent out games and movies just base you by your appearance. Look old enough and they'll give ya what you want no questions asked. That is, of course, if they even really give a crap :P
